All orders placed can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement. Post which the orders are processed and forwarded to the concerned departments. If the ordered item is not in the stock, we make a full refund that will be made to your account with 3-5 business days.
At Gardengram, we follow a 3 day return policy. If you have received a defected/wrong product, you are required to send us a picture of the damaged/wrong product within 3 days after the delivery date. After verification, we will refund the amount paid by you wherever applicable or replace the product. In case of issue with the quality of the product, you will be required to send the non-perishable products back to us.
