Yes. All live plants are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure they
reach you in healthy condition. We also schedule shipments to avoid extreme
weather delays.
We ensure that the product matches the one displayed on our website. However,
as plants are living things, they may exhibit slight variations in shape, size, or
color.

case of remote or restricted areas, our team will inform you before dispatch.
If you miss the delivery, our courier partner will try to contact you or attempt
delivery again. Unsuccessful deliveries after multiple attempts may be returned
