1. Order Cancellation
•    Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order, only if the product is not ready for dispatch.
•    No cancellations will be accepted once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

2. Product Exchange (Before Dispatch)
•    If your order has not been dispatched, you can request a product exchange within 3 business days of placing the order.
•    The new product must be of the same value or higher value (by paying the difference).

3. Multiple Orders
•    In case multiple orders are placed by mistake, the extra orders can be cancelled on immediate notification.

4. Damaged Products
•    Products damaged during transit are eligible for replacement only after submitting a valid unboxing video of the shipment showing the damage clearly.

•    If a different product from what you ordered is received, you are eligible for a replacement.
•    Please share a clear unboxing video and repack the actual product properly for return pickup.
