We accept returns on products that meet any of the following conditions:
- Sold in a physically damaged condition.
- Missing parts or accessories.
- All products once purchased are non-refundable, except in cases where the product meets the conditions for return as outlined above.
- GardenGram is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
- In the event of a damaged product issue at the time of delivery, we will exchange the product. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91 9341501430.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery.
- A compulsory unboxing video is required to verify any damage claim.
- Exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by GardenGram.
- Damages due to user mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued in the form of GardenGram store credit.
- Once your return request has been accepted, the refund process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
- GardenGram reserves all rights for replacements, returns, and refunds.
