1. Free Shipping
•    Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
•    For orders below ₹499, standard delivery charges will apply as displayed at checkout.

2. Packaging Charges
•    GardenGram does not charge any extra packaging costs.
•    All products are packed securely to prevent transit damage, using quality packaging designed for plant safety and durability.

3. Dispatch Time
•    Orders are generally dispatched within 48 working hours after successful placement.
•    Dispatch timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistical delays.

4. Delivery Duration
•    Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–6 business days, depending on your location.
•    Customers can track their orders through the link provided in the order confirmation email or the “Track Order” section on our website.

5. Plant Shipping Policy
•    No returns are accepted on live plants, as they are perishable and sensitive to environmental changes.
•    We take all necessary measures to ensure plants reach you in good health. For damages or issues, please review our Refund & Replacement Policy for more details.

6. Shipping Coverage
•    We currently ship across most major cities and towns in India. In rare cases where delivery is not serviceable, our team will reach out to you to assist with alternate arrangements or a full refund. Extra Charges are applicable to ship to some special zones or zones affected with special cases or in case of urgent deliveries.

7. Delayed Deliveries
•    In case of unforeseen delays due to weather, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control, GardenGram will keep you informed via email or SMS with updated delivery timelines.
