Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. Gardengram shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be made to the registered address of the buyer as per the information given by the buyer only at all times. Gardengram shall not be held responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Services)

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on the buyers e-mail id or mobile number as specified during registration. However, we shall not be held liable on account of technical error during communication transmission resulting in a failure to do so. For any issues in utilizing our services, the buyer may contact the helpdesk of Gardengram. For Indian customers, the shipping charge is INR 59/- only for all orders below INR 499/-, beyond which the delivery charge shall be wavered by the company ( subject to the seller’s discretion). Gardengram does not ship products out of India. For multiple products ordered the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee. However, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products to be delivered at different locations, on account of the products being sourced and shipped from and to multiple locations.

Warranty and Liability

Gardengram is committed to supplying high quality products to recreational gardeners and households for personal use. In accordance with the established custom of the trade, Gardengram will in no case be liable for more than the actual amount paid for a particular product on sale. We will endeavour to only have products on our web site that are in stock and available for ordering. Varieties that are out of stock will be listed as such and will not be available for purchase. In the unforeseen event of items going out of stock after you placed an order your amount will be refunded to you.

Return and refund policy

Gardengram shall not accept returns on plants as they are perishable items and living in nature due to which their survival chance during return transit is impossible. The company takes precautions and extra measure to ensure that the products especially plants that are delivered are in good condition. However, due to the nature of plants, they may look distressed at the time of delivery. This can be repaired by required exposure to sun light and watering in balanced amount as per the requirement to restore the plant to its natural health. The non perishable items apart from the plants can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. The refund will be ensured after the product is received in the condition it was sent in. If the company finds that the returned product has been tampered, the company shall not be held responsible to make refunds. However, the return charge shall be beared by the buyer.


The product will be delivered for all such areas in India that are serviceable by major courier agencies. For remote/rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / Indian Speed Post and may take additional time. If a customer purchased the products from the website, it shall be considered that they agree to the terms and conditions and company policies. Any discrepancy shall be settled out of the court through settlement between both the parties.
