RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At GardenGram, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience for all your plant and planting needs. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below:

Returns:

We are striving to give the best possible shipping experience to our customers. However, considering that gardening products specially live plants are perishable, we do not asccept returns. However, we accept exchange for a fresh product under below given conditions:

- Sold in a physically damaged condition.

- Missing parts or accessories.

You will need to mail us within 24 hours at support@gardengram.in with a video at the time of delivery. Failing this, we will not be able to process the complaint further. 

Refunds:

- All products once purchased are non-refundable, except in cases where the products are unavailable and out of stock. 

Damaged Products:

- GardenGram is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

- In the event of a damaged product issue at the time of delivery, we will exchange the product. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at support@gardengram.in or call us at +91 9341501430.

Exchange Policy:

- Exchange requests must be raised within 24 business hours from the time of delivery.

- A compulsory unboxing video is required to verify any damage claim.

- Exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by GardenGram.

- Damages due to user mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.

Refund Process:

- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued in the form of GardenGram store credit.

- Once your return request has been accepted, the refund process will be completed within 7-21 business days.

Rights Reserved:

- GardenGram reserves all rights for replacements, returns, and refunds.
