The Zinnia plant is a beautiful and vibrant addition to any garden or landscape. With its bright and cheerful blooms, it is sure to bring colour and life to any space. The Zinnia plant is a member of the Asteraceae family and is native to North and South America. It comes in various colours, including red, orange, pink, yellow, white, and purple.
Zinnias are annuals, so they’ll grow for one season to produce flowers and seeds, but the original plant will not come back in subsequent years. They have bright, solitary, daisy-like flowerheads on a single, erect stem, which makes them great for use as a cutting flower or as food butterflies.
Sunlight- Put your zinnias in full sun (at least 8+ hours per day). These plants will thrive in hot, sunny conditions. In fact, if planted in shady areas the plants will become leggy, produce fewer blooms, and are more prone to mildew.
Water- Water your zinnias lightly. Before they begin to grow, water your zinnias daily. After they've become established, however, zinnias do not need a lot of watering. Cut back to watering them 3 days a week
Fertiliser- Zinnia loves fertiliser. We recommend Gardengram Grow N Glow for best results. Apply 1 teaspoon every 15 days and water your plant after applying fertilisers.
Soil- Best soil to have blooming Zinnia plants are Garden soil mix that contain friendly organic acids for it to bloom.
Please note that there is no pot along with the plant.
